- Rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken boneless 250g
- Cooking oil
- Eggs 3
- Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon

- Salt 1/4 teaspoon

- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Soysauce 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
- Green onion for garnish
- Cut the chicken into small pieces with help of a knife on the cutting board carefully.
- Place the pan on the flame and add 1 and 1/2 tablespoons oil to it.
- Whisk the eggs completely.
