Ingredients

  • Potatoes 3
  • Water  according to the requirement
  • Salt as per requirement
  • Butter 3 tablespoon
  • Oil for frying potatoes
  • Chicken cubes 250gm
  • Absorbent paper
  • All-purpose flour 2 tablespoon
  • Fresh Milk 2 cups
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • Onion powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cajun powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup

Seasoning Ingredients

  • Paprika powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • White pepper powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Assembling Ingredients
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Red jalapenos pepper chopped
  • Pickled cucumber chopped
  • Red chili crushed
  • Dried oregano

 

Method

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into fries shapes.
  • Soak the potatoes in water for 20-30 minutes.
  • Take water in another pot and put salt into it. Bring it to a boil.
  • When it boils put fries in the water.
  • Now turn off the flame.
  • Leave the potato fries in the warm water for 6-8 minutes.
  • Spread the absorbent paper and put all the fries in it to pat dry.
  • These potatoes can in the freezer and store for 1-2 weeks. For storage pack them in a sealed bag.
  • So take the oil in another pot and fry potatoes.
  • Firstly half fry them.
  • Place them aside for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes of placement put them again in oil to make them more crispy and crunchy.
  • Take a pan and put one tablespoon of butter in it.
  • Cook until melt thoroughly.
  • Now add 250 gm chicken cubes in t pan and fry until done. Take it out from the pan and set it aside.
  • Now again add two tablespoons of butter to the pan on flame.
  • Take 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and place it in melted butter. Mix them well.
  • Add 2 cups of fresh milk in this gradually while stirring continuously.
  • Add salt as per taste, garlic powder ½ tablespoon, onion powder ½ tablespoon, Cajun powder ½ tablespoon and whisk all these ingredients well.
  • Cook on medium flame until it becomes thick.
  • After a bit of thickness adds ½ cup cream and beat perfectly.
  • While keeping the pan on flame add two tablespoons of sweet chili sauce and allow cooking.
  • Now place ½ cup cheddar cheese in the mixer and cook with continuous stirring.
  • It’s time to put fried chicken in the sauce and mix well.
  • Set it aside
Seasoning of fries

Half tablespoon paprika powder, garlic powder ½ tablespoon, black pepper powder ¼ tablespoon, while pepper powder ¼ tablespoon, salt per taste. Mix these things.

Assembling

Take fries in a pan. Sprinkle the prepared seasoning on the fries. Grated mozzarella cheese, chopped red jalapenos pepper, chopped pickled cucumber to this. Finally, put prepared white sauce and sprinkle crushed red chili, dried oregano, pickled cucumber and red jalapeno pepper.
